What it does

Every message is triaged on a cheap model:
  • Trivia / one-liner → direct ⚡ answer. No full harness turn. The main assistant will not remember that exchange.
  • Real work → instant one-line ack, then the full session.
  • Doubt, attachments, or failure → full session. Failures are silent (you just get the normal path).
/ack off disables it. It also snaps /effort auto back to the last pinned level.

Judge

A second cheap hop can confirm a borderline triage. Default judge: anthropic/claude-haiku-4.5.

Context

With TELEKIT_ACK_CONTEXT=1 (default), a short briefing of recent turns rides along. The judge does not get the persona body. Ack is plan-gated when turning on. /ack off always works.
